I have never been arrested before, went out with some friends for some drinks and later got arrested for a DWI after I was involved in an accident that wasn't my fault. Michael Pham was a horrible choice for defending my first and only dwi...I waisted time and money hiring him. He takes on so many cases at once that its hard to believe he can focus any energy on a simple first time dwi case. I believe he only gives full effort into high criminal cases. I paid him $3...000 to only extend the period of time to keep me outta jail...at the end of it all I spent $3000 on him and spent 30 days in Harris county jail and now have to pay the state of texas an extra $3120 for a dwi that will always be on my record...this attorney did absolutely nothing to help me and I would have been better off with a court appointed attorney...do yourself a favor and NEVER HIRE THIS ATTORNEY IN REGARDS TO A DWI...ESPECIALLY A FIRST OFFENSE!!!
