I am a parent in Middlesex county who has hired Mr. Toto to represent my son. He is a person of deep belief in his GOD given talent to defend. Others may perceive his energetic behavior and posiitive attitude as one of "sloppy" but I see his conduct as being ethical and full of conviction to defend w...hat others cannot see.
