Horrible chewer and a bit obnoxious

Don’t know much about her as a lawyer, but she almost choked or something on a popular TV show so I think she doesn’t chew very well. Can’t chew, can’t lawyer probably. Plus all her rebuttals on these reviews are pretty reactionary. People are entitled to their opinion, no reason to respond just cuz ...you don’t agree Molly. Just seems kinda petty. I would not recommend as a lawyer because I think she’s just kinda mean and probably smells like a Taco Bell bean burrito.

Scam Artist

This woman is completely untrustworthy and immoral. She should have her license completely revoked. You have been warned.

This comment is completely false and meritless. Ms. Jansen denies each and every claim above. This person was never a client and threating someone in a review is clearly not written by a credible person.

Worst attorney/client relationship.

My husband and I hired Molly for a DUI my husband received. She was in contact with him constantly until we paid her. Once we paid her all communication halted. My husband tried to contact her multiple times and never heard back. The first court date we had we had to reschedule because it fell on a t...ime that she was on vacation. The second court date came up and we waited for her for 45 minutes outside of the court room and she never showed up. We finally decided to go in the courtroom and then some guy we had never met said she sent him. She never told us she was not coming. We again had to reschedule the court date. On the final court date she sent the same guy and again never told us she was not coming. We liked the lawyer that sat in for her but he probably got none of the money that we paid her to not even pick up the phone and tell us she was too busy to see her client.

What A Joke

I hired Jansen for a serious felony charge against my son. From the get go she acted like she was going to do something, yet actions are louder than words. My son is an alcoholic and struggled in the bonding phase of the entire ordeal. Molly's advise, "Stop Drinking". When the important things were h...appening, like hearings, and building a case for his defense, Molly was never around. Her assistants were usually 20 to 30 minutes late for court, and never knew what was going on. One actually told my son to make an important case decision, never discussed prior, 5 minutes before going in front of the judge. In the end Molly force fed my son the original plea deal from the DA, continually badgering him to take the deal because, "If you go to trial and lose your going to do real time in DOC! Never laying out a defense plan never discussing one. He never even gave his side of the story to the judge. At sentencing, she gave a lack luster speech to the judge, and he gave my son the exact sentence that the DA requested. She actually acted like she got him some kind of deal?!? In the end I paid her a huge sum of money to do nothing. This is a great example of buyer beware. So, buyers BEWARE!

Terrible

I fired my first attorney because he did not present any evidence at the DMV hearing that I wanted a breath test that was captured on audio and given to the DA by the police. He also did not represent me in court, it was always someone else, he only represented me at the DMV hearing. Molly talked a... good game but don't fall for her BS on the radio. I was informed by Kathy, Mollys receptionist, that Molly would be representing me and assured me that Molly would not send a different attorney because this was a problem that I had with my first attorney. I hired Molly for DUI and she had all the video and audio proving that I wanted a breath test and I was not the person to get my truck stuck, (It was my step-daughter that was operating my truck as written in the police report, I wasn't even at the scene when the police showed up.) I was arrested for DUI an hour and a half after the police were at the scene when I was walking to the scene from my house to help my step-daughter. Molly didn't even bother to show up at my trial date twice. I had her paid in full. Molly sent another attorney the day of my trial to represent me, (because I was told she didn't have a good reputor with the judge), that I never met and he knew nothing about my case and he told me to plead guilty. He told me that he was not going to cross examine any witnesses or present any evidence the day of my trial, (an hour before my trial). The judge said that she would not continue my trial being she already had to continue it because Molly did not show up to my first trial date. I ended up firing him because if he is not going to fight for me then I have to fight for myself and present the evidence myself. Needless to say I am not an experienced "liar" and I was found guilty. My life has been ruined since my conviction because I am in the Automotive and Diesel Industry and it is next to impossible to find a job in this industry with a DUI on your record. What Molly did should be considered criminal and she should be brought up on charges and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Molly should be banned from ever representing anybody in a court of law. By my experience, beware and stay away. Molly will take your money and hang you out to dry. I don't know how Molly or anyone associated with her can sleep at night. Run fast and far away from Molly Jansen and her associate goons!!
