The hardest working lawyer in denver!!!

Molly and her team are in my opinion and Experiance the best criminal defense lawyers you can ask for!! Molly worked on my case for about 3 yrs, she was determined to see justice prevail and with her by my side it did. I would HIGHLY recommend Molly and her team to represent you in your case. Molly ...always kept me informed on what was going on in my case, discussed different options with me but ultimately left the decision up to my family and myself and not matter what I decided I have never seen anyone work so hard to make sure the out come was in my favor. It was a long and sometimes dark and seemingly never ending road but with Molly there was always a light that it would all be ok. The thing that seperates Molly from other lawyers that I have delt with is she treated me like a person and not just a case and I am forever greatful for that!!! You may see people on here upset with there out come of there case but remember we are looking for a lawyer for a reason you can't expect magic if you have made a mistake !! I love Molly for what she has done for my family and i and forever greatful for her dedication to her clients and YOU would be a FOOL to not hire her for your case!!!

Hiring Molly Jansen was the best decision I have ever made! Period.

When I got charged with a DUI after a head-on collision (that I am convinced was not my fault) I dug myself a deep hole. I admitted to having had a couple of beers earlier that night as well as smoking marijuana and then I cooperated with a roadside sobriety test while still in shock after a very tr...aumatic collision. I all but guaranteed myself a DUI conviction. But then I called Molly Jansen. I was completely overwhelmed by the situation but Molly and her staff helped me put the whole experience in perspective by providing a game plan and giving me hope that I might be able to put my mistake behind me. They managed to postpone my trial by almost 9 months so that I could deal with it in the summer when I was on break from work. This alone was worth alot to me. But nothing prepared me for the seamless professionalism and brilliant poise Molly exuded in the courtroom. When my trial date finally came I was terrified. I first glimpsed Ms. Jansen's legal prowess in selecting the best jury any defendant could have asked for, explaining each move she made along the way through written notes. In retrospect, I was shocked to see how much of the battle was won right there at the beginning. I can't imagine that there is a better attorney in the entire state at selecting juries than Molly Jansen. The only witness the prosecution called was the police officer that arrested me on the night of the accident. The assistant DA asked him standard, boring questions to which he gave standard, boring answers. The assistant DA was new and had no flare and was rather clumsy in his questioning and in his remarks to the jury but I had made his job so easy with everything I had told the arresting officer on the night of the accident I didn't really think his lack of character and personality would help me much. Then Molly had her turn with the police officer and that was when the jury, the judge and I were treated to one of the most spectacular cross-examinations ever presented in a DUI case. This isn't just my opinion, the judge stated as much after the trial. Ms. Jansen knew the rules for roadside DUI procedure MUCH better than the officer testifying in my case. There was not one rock that she left unturned in displaying his utter lack of knowledge about DUI roadside testing procedure and lack of preparation in coming to trial. Molly is a fairly petite woman and the officer was a rather large and muscular man and it was amazing for the jury and I to see Ms. Jansen bully this policeman into submission. He took it meekly and he had no choice because at every turn of the cross-examination he had been exposed as negligent and inept. I don't think this officer had ever in his life felt the way he did during and after that cross-examination. Molly even exposed him as a liar when she had him redraw his accident scene sketch three times until it resembled the one in the accident report. The accident sketch in the report did not support the idea that I was at fault in the accident at all and Molly would not let it rest until everyone in the room was aware of this fact. After the trial, I was returning from the bathroom when I saw the policeman and the assistant DA by the elevator and I heard the officer apologizing for making such a poor showing against Ms. Jansen. I still view that cross-examination as one of the ultimate examples of professional excellence I have had the priveledge of witnessing in my entire life. Ms. Jansen's closing remarks cut the DA's feet right out from under him by anticipating his remarks and countering them to such an extent that they seemed irrelevant and stale by the time he got around to making them. When the judge read the jury's verdicts of NOT guily for DUI, NOT guilty for DWAI and NOT guilty for careless driving I was struck dumb with relief. I had my life back and my future back and there was only one person responsible for giving those things to me: Molly Jansen.

Winning the case!

When I received my second DUI, although the first was in another state, the courts would eventually find it. I knew I needed good counsel. Molly was sharp right off the bat. She laid out her promises to me, and fullfilled everything she said. After reviewing my case, she found an aspect that would wo...rk to my benefit and exploited it. Starting from the DMV hearing down to using it to win my case. She set up the case for the district attorney to fail. Being very thorough on achieving what she needed to win my case. Even when I was at the point I just wanted to negotiate, and get the best deal I could, she encouraged me that she felt we had a great chance to win. At the motions hearing she had her plan laid out, with all the ammunition she needed. She took advantage of the police report, the transcript from the hearing and good legal precedents that put the DA on his heels. The DA did everything he could but was found lacking. Nothing quite like winning a case that could have had so many disasterous results for me personally. At the end, the cop walked up to me, shook my hand and said "well played". All I could say was "it wasn't me, it was having a great lawyer".

Justice Received

I received a traffic ticket a couple years ago & felt that it was wrongfully given to me. I decided to challenge it in court & was so glad to have Molly Jansen by my side. She reflected confidence, experience, and knew exactly how to get justice. My ticket was dropped & I was so glad I chose to... have her represent me. I would recommend Molly to anyone in a heartbeat!
