Atty.Molly Jansen - Excellent & Professional!

Many thanks to Ms. Jansen for her successful representation of my daughter-in-law who was facing serious aggravated first degree felonies. Ms. Jansen got the charges and the amount of time reduced by more than half. My daughter-in-law is also eligibility for early parole. Ms. Jansen is not afraid to ...take a case to trial if that is what it takes to get a successful outcome. My entire family is indebted to this great lawyer!

Money well spent!!!

I hired Molly for a Disorderly Conduct ticket from getting in a fight with a man, due to road rage. A man was trying to run my family into on coming traffic. I hired Molly to defend me because of my previous criminal background. I was sure that I was going to have to do time because I was already on ...probation for Domestic Violence and the man I got in a fight with when I hit him I crushed his skull. To say the least I was extremely worried. Molly was able to get me probation for a year and I had to do one 8-hour course on anger management. For my revocation on my probation, Molly was able to get the judge to reinstate my probation and run it concurrent. The guy that I got in a fight with received longer probation and he had to do a full 36 classes of anger management too. His Attorney was floored because we were both charged with the same thing. Molly was amazing, very knowledgable, returned my calls, detail orientated and she knew EVERY aspect of the law!.

Hiring Molly Jansen was the best decision I have ever made! Period.

When I got charged with a DUI after a head-on collision (that I am convinced was not my fault) I dug myself a deep hole. I admitted to having had a couple of beers earlier that night as well as smoking marijuana and then I cooperated with a roadside sobriety test while still in shock after a very tr...aumatic collision. I all but guaranteed myself a DUI conviction. But then I called Molly Jansen. I was completely overwhelmed by the situation but Molly and her staff helped me put the whole experience in perspective by providing a game plan and giving me hope that I might be able to put my mistake behind me. They managed to postpone my trial by almost 9 months so that I could deal with it in the summer when I was on break from work. This alone was worth alot to me. But nothing prepared me for the seamless professionalism and brilliant poise Molly exuded in the courtroom. When my trial date finally came I was terrified. I first glimpsed Ms. Jansen's legal prowess in selecting the best jury any defendant could have asked for, explaining each move she made along the way through written notes. In retrospect, I was shocked to see how much of the battle was won right there at the beginning. I can't imagine that there is a better attorney in the entire state at selecting juries than Molly Jansen. The only witness the prosecution called was the police officer that arrested me on the night of the accident. The assistant DA asked him standard, boring questions to which he gave standard, boring answers. The assistant DA was new and had no flare and was rather clumsy in his questioning and in his remarks to the jury but I had made his job so easy with everything I had told the arresting officer on the night of the accident I didn't really think his lack of character and personality would help me much. Then Molly had her turn with the police officer and that was when the jury, the judge and I were treated to one of the most spectacular cross-examinations ever presented in a DUI case. This isn't just my opinion, the judge stated as much after the trial. Ms. Jansen knew the rules for roadside DUI procedure MUCH better than the officer testifying in my case. There was not one rock that she left unturned in displaying his utter lack of knowledge about DUI roadside testing procedure and lack of preparation in coming to trial. Molly is a fairly petite woman and the officer was a rather large and muscular man and it was amazing for the jury and I to see Ms. Jansen bully this policeman into submission. He took it meekly and he had no choice because at every turn of the cross-examination he had been exposed as negligent and inept. I don't think this officer had ever in his life felt the way he did during and after that cross-examination. Molly even exposed him as a liar when she had him redraw his accident scene sketch three times until it resembled the one in the accident report. The accident sketch in the report did not support the idea that I was at fault in the accident at all and Molly would not let it rest until everyone in the room was aware of this fact. After the trial, I was returning from the bathroom when I saw the policeman and the assistant DA by the elevator and I heard the officer apologizing for making such a poor showing against Ms. Jansen. I still view that cross-examination as one of the ultimate examples of professional excellence I have had the priveledge of witnessing in my entire life. Ms. Jansen's closing remarks cut the DA's feet right out from under him by anticipating his remarks and countering them to such an extent that they seemed irrelevant and stale by the time he got around to making them. When the judge read the jury's verdicts of NOT guily for DUI, NOT guilty for DWAI and NOT guilty for careless driving I was struck dumb with relief. I had my life back and my future back and there was only one person responsible for giving those things to me: Molly Jansen.

Great at what she does!

I had a bit of bad luck with some driving tickets recently that would have made my license disappear. I contacted Molly to try and keep that from happening, which, with a big sigh of relief, was successful. Everything was handled in a timely manner and I was always kept in the loop as to each situati...on. Couldn't thank her enough for the work that she did. Awesome Job!
