I was 4 days out from closing on a home and discovered by my lender that I had a tax debt. needless to say I was floored and was told unless I had taken care of this I was not going to be able to close on my home. this was devastating. I have to say that Key Tax Group is an amazing company. I hired them in Feb 2014 to help me with an IRS and state tax issue. They were working on my case and in March I was laid off from my job.
