Thank you very much for your review. It means a lot to us and encourages us to continue to help other people who many times are frustrated at the current immigration system and come to us for help. There is nothing more rewarding that seeing families realize the american dream by being allowed in the country legally. We are very happy for your family!

Assistants do her job.
I hired this "lawyer" to help me on my case. The case not only took over two years, it was denied. I am sorry that you had a bad experience at our office. We strive to achieve the best results for our clients; however; processing times and ultimate case results are beyond our control as the decisión rests solely within the government. We value your comments on the problems you have had communicating with our staff during a transition period at our office, in which we were training talented and very capable personnel to better assist our clients. Our assistants help in gathering information and form completion but the attorneys are always working in the background and all aspects of the case are at all times supervised by us. This translates into a more cost effective process for our clients who in many cases, are already struggling economically. We appreciate your review and we will do our best to continue to improve our customer service, providing at the same time competitive rates and valuable experience in the complex area of immigration law. Sincerely, Erika Jurado-Graham.
