The only suggestion I have is to work on communications with office staff so they can answer questions instead of them telling clients they don't know they should let them know they will check into it and let you know. Christy was very helpful and friendly and also Yubia, they both have very good pe...ople skills some of the others should follow their friendliness! A little discouraged about not getting responses from emails or phone calls, maybe a little more organized but completely understand your office is extremely busy. Very appreciative of the work everyone put in for us!! Thank you all and God bless you!!!
