I am a current active duty E-4 in the Navy and my command attempted to throw the book at me for something I did not do. This was all based on hearsay. No facts. No evidence. It boiled down to he said/ she said. Long story short, I was accused of harassment, bullying, indecent language, and hostile wo...rk environment to which I was being sent to Battalion level NJP.
