Compassionate, Knowledgeable and Responsive

Helped resolve harassment related issues with my employer

I consulted with Spencer on issues I was facing with my employer due to violation of FMLA protections, which subsequently turned into harassment. Spencer did a great job of explaining my rights, potential additional violations that the employer may have committed and possible options. He was not moti...vated by billing me for more hours than absolutely necessary and advised that I could represent case myself with my employer with the information he had given me. However, my employer insisting on working with a lawyer directly and Spencer was able to find a favorable resolution for me.
