My wife called 911 on me because of simple argument and I was taken to jail because she reports I hit her. The police took me to jail and I was released next day. It was hard one me at the time, I went to Jason told him what has happened. He took it very serious right away and gets to work on it. Aft...er tiresome procedure inside the court I was set free because of him and the truth.

Newcombe Law Firm went to bat for us!

Jason Newcomb is true to his word.... that he is a bulldog. He is friendly and proved we could trust him to be at court on time/every time. His words were always straight forward yet comforting and he took the time to get to know his client..... our son. Having a run-in with the law was humbling, ...frightening, confusing and a wake up call for all of us. I feel, when I prayed in desperation for someone to help us, God directed me to see the Law Offices of Jason S. Newcombe online and we are very thankful!

Driving Ticket

I got the DUI help I needed

When I got my second DUI I didn't know what to do. In my first conversation with Jason he laid out the process and promised that I would still have a life of the other side of this crisis. That was exactly what I needed at the moment. Jason and his team followed up that conversation by providing me e...xcellent information and advice about each aspect of my case. He really went the extra mile to pursue all reasonable avenues of defense. The bottom line is that Jason and his staff did a great job for me when I needed it most.
