Criminal Defense- Theft Case

If ever you need a more thorough, knowledgeable and kind attorney Jason S. Newcombe is your guy! My daughter had a theft case in Washington. This case was quite a complex, scary situation as it was dealing with unfamiliar laws in an unfamiliar state. We lived in another state and had never visited Wa...shington. I called several attorneys and Jason S. Newcombe was the only one to call me back in a timely manner. We were able to communicate via text and e-mail. Jason built trust with us, kept us in the loop, good or bad, every step of the way and JUSTICE prevailed. My daughter’s charges were all dropped! Working with Jason was a great experience and I would gladly hire Jason again. Thank You Jason:)

DUI Dismissed!

Got pulled over for a DUI in Thurston County. Reached out to Jason for a consultation. After speaking with him I was ready to hire. The case took longer due COVID. Jason was always upfront with me and was very supportive. Was told that I could plea down but that wasn't good enough for Jason. He... let me know that he would do everything he could to get a better deal. On the day of my court appearance Jason called me up to let me know that the case was being dismissed. He was excited as I was. Would recommend to anybody that needed help. Thank you!

The best

Jason responded to my first email just after the DUI happened. He helped me walk though the steps needed. He handled the DOL hearing. He referred me to outside vendors to complete the different steps and classes required. Everything he did made a scary process easier to handle.

Rear End Accident

One price that covered everything and Jason got the Ticket dismissed out right. He also went to court for me so I did not have to show up. Hire this Lawyer he is for real. Thanks again Jason.

Fought for me the whole way!

I had a peculiar hit and run case coupled with a neg. 2nd citation. It took a while but Jason stayed on it and got the all charges dropped and no court fees at all! Just remember to talk with him and he will give you excellent results definitely fight for you. I was highly pleased and very satisfie...d with Jason and his staff. Hopefully I won't need his services in the future but if you were like me and got put in a bad situation, I will call upon Jason.
