DUI

We were extremely please with the representation of Jason. We faced stiff penalties involving a DUI. We took responsibility for our actions but didn't want to be destroyed in the process due to a single lapse in judgement. Jason not only comforted our concerns but got a deal far better than we ever t...hought possible. Instead of enhanced charges for having a minor in the vehicle and being over double the legal limit, we were able to work a deal in exchange for treatment and probation. Thank you Jason for helping our family. We are so grateful!!! We can now recover from all of this.

Charges Dropped

He advised patience and kept plugging away, digging into the case and consulting with other attorneys until he found enough discrepancies with the case that he got the DA to drop it. Definitely well worth the cost.

Great DUI and traffic Lawyer!!!

Jason took care of both my DUI and suspended license charges. Amazing guy always got me out of the fire when I was facing multiple jail sentences. Wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Amazing DUI Attorney

Jason did an absolutely amazing job with my case. I was facing a second DUI and had basically convinced myself that my life was over. I thought I was going to lose my job, my home, and that my family and I could end up in a terrible spot. Thanks to Jason and his DUI team, that didn’t happen. ...He was absolutely relentless and just would not give up. He just kept fighting and fighting. My case was super complicated, and went on for nearly a year. But, Jason never gave up on me or my case. And, I cannot thank him enough! This guy gets results. I am so grateful to him and his staff. Great Result!

I hired The Law Offices if Jason Newcombe to help me with a criminal hit and run charge in Kent. It was originally really stressful, but Jason took the time to explain the process, and you could tell he really cared about getting the right result.
