If you want the best possible defense you can get, hire Aaron...

I had a pretty rough case, my BAC was in that .13 to .15 range and the police report put me in a pretty harsh light. I met with several lawyers and Aaron was the lawyer that I felt was telling me how it was rather than whatever I wanted to hear. He struck me as both personable and very intelligent wh...ich are the two characteristics I was looking for in a lawyer. Aaron, in partnership with a colleague at his law-firm, handled my case in the best way possible. I had a pretty difficult case with a BAC in the .13 to .15 range, but due to Aaron's extensive case law knowledge he was able to get my DUI reduced to a reckless driving charge. This was the best case scenario for me and without Aaron I would definitely have a DUI charge on my record.

Highest recommendation for this professional, reliable and knowledgeable attorney who has your best interest at heart.

Several months ago I was charged with a DUI (first and only) in Medina and after searching for the highest rated Attorney's online found Wolff and set up a free consultation. In meeting with him for an hour it was clear he had an incredible grasp of the law and I had the feeling he'd be genuine in h...is efforts to represent me to the best of his ability. He proved this early and often by being available to answer any questions I had and also walking me through the process step by step. This was vital for me because the process was a bit overwhelming at first and my comprehension based on his detailed instructions made a difficult situation manageable. Aaron far exceeded my expectations in getting my charges reduced considerably and in turn helped stabilize my life. I highly recommend his services and fully endorse his abilities.

Effective. Knowledgable. Specialized.

7 months ago, I was stopped by a WA state trooper for suspicion of driving under the influence in King County. I was booked for a DUI. This was my first ever arrest. Shortly after, I interviewed several lawyers. I interviewed a couple, and then I met Aaron. The search ended with him, mostly bec...ause he was able to speak so specifically about the DUI laws, processes, and expectations up front. Plus, he's just a friendly guy. He's easy to work with. Example: You can text him for updates, etc. I hired him on the spot, and I'm glad I did. He immediately set to work collecting the evidence of the case - He will leave no stone unturned. Example: We were successful at the DOL hearing because of his attention to detail. He recognized a mistake with the arresting report that I had not noticed, and quite frankly I'm not sure how many attorneys would have noticed. Aaron noticed it because he lives inside of the case. He was able to translate the mistake to an advantaged position, and leveraged that position during the DOL hearing. I was so happy with this. For the criminal case, Aaron showed off his deep knowledge of the system. He knows the judges and prosecutors, and knows when to accelerate and when to be patient. My case took a bit longer than usual to conclude because he always was working to put me in the best possible position. Aaron always communicated our position to me and made sure we never went backward (ie, losing an offer that the prosecutor had made). Aaron ended up negotiating a reduced charge, with a deferred sentence. His knowledge of the law, combined with his talent in the courtroom and with the people in the system made this happen. I'd recommend Aaron to anyone that is facing this difficult and stressful time in their lives.

DUI (no-test) -> Neg2

In fall 2011, I was charged with a DUI no-test in Kirkland, WA. After extensive online research on Avvo and setting up consultation interview with half a dozen top attorneys, I decided to go with Aaron Wolff. During the selection process, Aaron stood apart from the rest in three things: (a) his know...ledge and experience dealing with DUI cases in WA seemed very thourough (b) his proactive communication and putting client's interest first seemed quite genuine (some of the other attorneys I met applied pressure tactics so that I hire them within a certain time window) (c ) most of the other lawyers were pretty hand-wavy regarding the outcome of the case but Aaron gave a fair assessment of where this case could land but in the end the outcome exceeded that assessment. The case took almost 6+ months to resolve and during this process I relocated to a different state as well. During the entire process, Aaron was always proactive on communicating status, super responsive and always on top of things. In the end, the case got amended to a Neg-2 (starting from a charge of DUI no-test). This is an exceptional outcome by any measure and I'd give full credit to Aaron for his knowledge, expertise and relationships to help bring the case to this great outcome. Simply outstanding.

He did it!

Aaron was a trememdous help in dealing with my DUI charge. He took the time to meet with me and answer my many questions. He made me feel represented in a situation where great forces were allied against me. Not only did he give me good advice, Aaron successfully reduced my case below the DUI level. ... I said to a friend last night, quoting my favorite movie, "You're sending The Wolff? That's all you had to say!" Thank you, Aaron! A Happy Client
