I was charged with DUI - physical control last November. I was a 1/2 mile from my house and pulled over to sleep before getting home. The Seattle PD charged me for being in physical control of the car. I had no prior DUI's, but did have a reckless driving charge that had been dropped from DUI - physi...cal control in another state.
