Great Choice

This was my first time needing to hire a lawyer for anything and I am happy that I chose Aaron. When I first met him I noticed he was very personable and sympathetic to the distress of having legal issues. He immediately made me feel better about my situation by explaining it in detail and making me... feel I had a knowledgable ally. Aaron was very good at letting me know what to expect while giving me a sense that my situation was fixable and not some insurmountable mountain to climb. He made sure I knew all the steps I had to take to resolve my case. Aaron also reminded me of all my court dates and met with me briefly before them to give me a rundown of what to expect for each of those days. I was easily able to get in contact with him by email or phone if I had any questions. Last but definately not least, he got my DUI charge nocked down to a reckless driving charge. I would definately recommend Aaron Wolff as a DUI attorney if you ever are in need.

Responsive, Considerate & Efficient

I found myself in a very uncomfortable, scary and seemingly indefensible DUI situation. After talking with multiple lawyers, I decided to hire Aaron. I instantly found him to be thoughtful, considerate and determined to help me with my case. He is smart, attentive and knows how to negotiate. I am gra...teful for his commitment to finding a favorable resolution for a very challenging case. His knowledge and legal savvy is immeasurable and evidenced in the outcome.

Excellent!!

I found myself in an unfortunate circumstance facing a DUI refusal with limited options. I researched and met with multiple attorneys to discuss the specifics of my case and representation. None gave me confidence that they had my best interests in mind until I met Aaron. Aaron was understanding w...ith experience handling complicated cases similar to mine. He was fair and realistic about the possible outcomes throughout the process. He was very thorough and diligent while working with me and maintained a high level of professionalism. Aaron made sure that he was available and prompt to answer my questions while keeping me informed as my case progressed. Eventually my charge was reduced to reckless driving with a favorable sentence due to his representation. I honestly can't say enough good things about Aaron. If anyone finds themselves in a similar situation I would recommend reaching out to Aaron for a consultation immediately.

Worked Magic for me!

If you don’t read this post any further . . . I’ll get this in now . . . Aaron is your guy! I’ll save you from having to read paragraphs of why you should, with no doubt, hire Aaron Wolff for any DUI related issues. All the accolades and positive reviews on this site are true. This is where I foun...d Aaron. 1. From the first moment, Aaron put me at ease and let me know it’s not the end of the world and I will get through my ordeal. He’s very personable and a super nice guy. 2. Arron truly cares and it shows. He had everything under control on day one. I didn’t have to worry at all. 3. I have a lot of anxiety. Aaron managed to keep my stress down through my entire year-long case. He handled every detail and let me be at peace. 5. Aaron was amazingly prompt at returning every single txt or call. Always under 10 minutes I would hear back from him. 6. I had an up-hill battle because I blew a rather high number on my BAC test. Arron laid everything out there for me and didn’t sugar-coat or promise a rosy outcome. But, a rosy outcome is exactly what he delivered. 7. I had to attend 3 pre-trial dates. I witnessed first hand how well respected Aaron is within the court system. He has a great rapport with everyone, including judges. 8. Aaron thought about things I had no idea could be an angle to give me a edge and a better chance for a positive outcome in my case. The District Court played hardball with my case because of my high BAC test results. Aaron made all the right moves and his strategy worked!!! He was able to get my DUI reduced to a reckless driving charge. I had a day in jail coming that was dropped. He was able to keep me from having an addition 9 months of an ignition interlock (breath test device in my car . . a huge pain and very expensive too)! When he called and told me the good news, I literally screamed with happiness (people at work asked me if I was ok). Aaron was able to get my sentencing down to 4-days of work crew, which is a group of people cleaning up some streets that really need it around Seattle. Super low key and easy. 7:30am to 3:30pm. Just finished my first two. Aaron really worked some magic for me! Do yourself a favor. If you don’t have a DUI defense attorney, hire Aaron Wolff. And, if you already know a good attorney . . . hire Aaron instead. Seriously. I can’t thank you enough Aaron!!! - Steve

Delivered results in a stressful and difficult time

It's been a long journey with Aaron Wolff. My incident occurred in early summer of 2017, and my case just got resolved in early October of 2018. That may seem like a long time, but that's because Aaron is committed to getting the best possible result for his clients. When I called him, it was just... days after my arrest. I used this website to look for the best DUI lawyer in the area, and the reviews overwhelmingly told me that Aaron was that guy. The choice was clear. For a little background, I have had a prior DUI reduced to reckless driving in Snohomish County seven years and a few months before this one--just long enough for this one to be treated as a "first offense"...something that definitely helped me. When I met Aaron, he was polite, friendly, and seemed to want to get to know me not just as a client, but a human being as well. We discussed sports, our interests, and more. I felt very comfortable putting my fortunes in his hands. I had a fairly high BAC (.129) and had rear-ended the person in front of me going about 25 MPH. I had been golfing beforehand, and had a few beers on the course--I thought I was nowhere near the limit. Boy, was I wrong. The accident was enough to total my car, but not enough to injure me or the other person, luckily. While it cost me my relationship and ability to live away from my parents' home throughout this process, I shudder to think what would've been if I hadn't chose Aaron. The evaluation determined I needed to do ADIS and a Victim's Panel, as well as a level 0, seven-week treatment program. I truly believe I gained a lot and grew as a person from the program, which was at an agency of Aaron's recommendation. Listen to what this man tells you to do. I did what was asked and stayed out of trouble, and felt that gave me the respect of Aaron and in turn the respect of the court. Aaron's relationships with other attorneys and judges in the courtroom was clear and unparalleled. Aaron fought tooth-and-nail with the prosecutor to get me the best results, despite having an uphill battle to climb. We recently agreed to a plea deal that reduced my charge from DUI to reckless driving, and paying the person I rear-ended restitution. I was sentenced to one day of work crew, which I served and feel like I gained a lot from, and one day of jail time at Issaquah, which I will be serving this week. This was a scary time for me. I knew I could be facing huge penalties with this being a second offense (even though the law sees it as a first-time, they don't necessarily treat it that way in the courtroom), including multiple days of jail, which could cost me my job, and hefty fines. It still cost me a lot of money, but far less than I expected. Aaron did wonders for me. I've learned my lesson, and won't be in this situation again. Aaron makes clear how big of a deal this is, and doesn't make promises of getting you off the hook. He's realistic, telling you a best-case, worst-case, and likely-case scenario from the start. I have to say, he got damn near the best-case scenario that I could have expected. He's a fantastic lawyer, and an even better human being. If you find yourself in this awful situation, I couldn't imagine finding a better attorney than Aaron Wolff. He helped me manage my stress and fear in a difficult time, and gave me confidence that I'd be able to get past the worst mistake of my life. He's direct, fair, and fights like hell for his clients. There is no better DUI attorney you can hire than Aaron Wolff.
