Initially..., I intended to write this review back in 2021, but life got in the way, and it was postponed. Since then, having graduated from the Paralegal Law Program at UW, my understanding and appreciation of navigating the complexities of the criminal justice system have deepened. The value of having a skilled attorney who is not only competent in the courtroom but also holds the respect of prosecutors during plea negotiations cannot be overstated. Regrettably, however, Aaron was not my first choice. Influenced by a colleague's recommendation, I hired a less experienced lawyer, which proved to be not only more costly but also immensely stressful and ultimately ineffective. This distinction is crucial as, in Washington, a DUI conviction remains on your criminal record indefinitely, while a reckless driving charge can eventually be expunged.

In 2021 I got my second DUI. In Washington State this has become a much bigger deal - so I used a lawyer I was unfamiliar with who had gotten a family friend out of a very ugly DUI situation.
