I've gotten a DUI November of 2014; my case is now a Reckless Driving on my record. This was my first offense so it was very overwhelming to be dealing with this issue. Just under a year ago, I received a DUI, as a result of a single car accident. With everything you hear on the radio/TV these days, I knew that I would not only need a lawyer, but I would need the best defense I could possibly find (CDL holder).
