Troy is very good. My former landlord lived in an alternate reality where he felt entitled take our money and threaten us, and Troy took him to town. Troy successfully represented me against the house manager and landlord of the space where I used to rent a room. I'm italian and obviously the language barrier and the differences with the laws from my country encouraged the landlord to take advantage of the situation. They were holding my security... deposit, claiming damage in the house that I didn't make and exaggerating the bills from the last month.
