Dang, what can I say. I had a manager that didn't know what he was doing, and decided to evict me without warrant. I went to Troy--he helped answer all my questions. When the manager pushed things to trial, Troy took over and talked to counsel for the management company. That fixed everything. T...he manager was replaced, the management company settled and paid all my attorney fees, and everything's cool. They reimbursed me the full sum of my deposit too. So, everything worked out. I'm pretty grateful.

Although we didn't get everything we wan...ted, we would have had a better outcome if we had hired an attorney early on in the dispute, and not have waited so long to see an attorney. Thank you for your honesty, a rare thing in an attorney. If I ever have landlord problems in the future, I would hire him again.

From the first call to Troy he was responsive, professional and had great follow through. The end result was a nice check in my pocket for resolving my landlord security deposit issue. I am so glad Troy Pickard was available for my criminal case. I was charged with a serious crime in Portland - but I was the wrong guy!
