There are no words that can properly express my family's gratitude for this hardworking attorney. Our case wasn't big nor worth a whole lot of money but he took this on based on defending the principals of Tenant Rights, stopping large residential management companies from thinking that they can bull...y whomever they want, cover-up whatever they can to be able to throw families out on the street without hesitation or remorse so they may rent out the unit at a higher rate. His knowledge of the law enabled us to file properly again one of these companies and win. His honesty and straightforwardness won our absolute trust and became a very positive experience. He is not one to be pushed around so I never had to worry about him throwing in the towel and the due dilligence on this case proved to be just another winning factor. Mr. Pickard is very eager to understand and comapassionate by making a point to understand the things that were of revelence to me even tho those issues were not of revelance to the case. I was being accused of assault by an ex best friend who obviuosly tried to bully me around by using the legal sy...stem. She accused me of killing her unborn child and blew up the situtation out of jealousy and vendictive rage. Troy proved that she lied and consumed drugs and alcohol while suposedly being pregnant. Proved that their was NO evidence, no records of a pregnancy or a miscarriage. While working aggressively and confidently, Troy is also affordable. I heard comments of the officers who were at the hearing, making jokes about how young and "green" Mr Pickard is and some may feel discouraged about that, yet I have found that to be a reason to chose Mr. Pickard becasue it just shows how eager he is to defend.
