With incredible efficiency, Diane was able to negotiate over the phone with our school district. LOHS had failed my autistic son and were not following his IEP accommodations. After years of pain, countless meetings and hundreds of emails with the school, it took Diane about 2 months to negotiate i...n our favor. She got LOHS to pay for a portion of my son's therapeutic boarding school. My only regret is that we did not hire her sooner. I truly believe she could have saved my son a lot of distress and made sure that he got his needs met within the public school setting.

After reading several of her reviews we hoped she was our most valuable resource for advocating. Ultimately, she wasn't worth the cost. Brief summary- Diane had no communication with us until ten minutes before our IEP meetings, sided with the school district on our child's abilities, and ultimately ...didn't provide our child with advocacy for inclusion. Only benefit was she assisted with adding additional information to the existing IEP.
