I have (2) "special" children. When I found that the school district was illegally changing my son's IEP (Individualized Education Plan), I complained up the chain of command to resolve the minor issue that was created. Unfortunately, instead of solving the problem like most parents expect, my sch...ool district refused to correct the problem, to be in compliance with Oregon regulations.
