Mr. Gilbert is a not only great but also hard working attorney. About 18 years ago my wife was involved in a car accident that her own insurance believed it was her fault and accepted the liability despite how my wife was trying to tell her side of the how the accident actually happened. A few mon...ths after the accident the case was settled with my wife at fault. She was so frustrated and upset with her own Insurance and told a co-worker about it. She was then referred to Mr. Gilbert by the co-worker friend. Phil listened and then investigated the location of the accident. He took the case and reversed the outcome through arbitration.
