The last one went on a one-month vacation and told me to contact his assistant, but his helper didn't respond either, so I was like, 'Whatever, I'm not going to contact them.' If they want to contact me themselves, then it's fine. They sent me to a fourth case manager again; she is the best person who's on track and responsible. She got her job done so fast and quickly.
