Hired Mr. Maher few days after being cited for DUI. To be honest I was pretty frustrated with the communication out of his office going into the DMV hearing. I also had a concussion and was pretty jumpy tho so it could've been partly my fault. Anyways, we won the DMV Hearing based on what was found o...n the officers body cam footage, evidence which I believe Mr. Maher himself had subpoenaed (could've been the DMV), which is very rare (10% or less from what I've read). This gives us a lot of momentum going into the prelim and after watching Mr. Maher question the police officer I have complete faith that he can close the deal and get this charge dismissed. As of this moment I'm definetly glad I hired him because I have an actual chance that I wouldn't have had if I didn't. I will update this review once the case is completed and let y'all know how it turned out.

I had a Felony Drug case, the police searched my house and property. They found a lot of Marijuana and took all my money. Vince came to court and totally dominated the court proceedings. After being charged with 3 felonies, based on a self-defense situation I was scared and new I needed a good attorney.
