Let’s start off by saying Amy is the most amazing, kind, professional and courageous woman I have ever met. I’ve actually never been through something like this in my life before. I was scared and nervous to find someone that was going to represent me and take my case after my children had been swind...led right from under me. Amy heard my case and immediately took me under her wing when I was at my lowest! Down and out & so stressed because I felt like I did the worst thing a mother could have done. Not protect her children the way I needed too. I needed someone to stand up for me and amy did just that! She got my children back on an ex parte and won the sole custody back of my children that was previously granted by a judge. stupidly I agreed with my narcissistic kids father to do joint custody. While having a domestic violence restraining order in place. Which to me was the worst thing that I could have possibly done in my eyes. But Amy made me feel so comfortable and let me know as humans we do make mistakes and she knew exactly what laws applied to my situation and was able to win my children back for me within a WEEK of me hiring her. That’s impressive. I can’t say how grateful I am for her and her team! Mrs. Tipton is smart, knowledgeable and get straight to the point of things. She will get you exactly what you need and ask for. I have no disappointments! I’m so happy I chose Mrs. Tipton to represent me in family court because she knows what she’s talking about and she has the proof and credentials to back it up. I had tried for years to get the court to force my ex-husband to start paying me my alimony arrears because I needed a car, but I kept failing on my own. I finally talked to Attorney Amy Tipton and she offered to help me. She would go to court with me and she got a wage garnishment against him. I had... been receiving my money on a monthly basis for a year and a half. He claimed he had gotten fired from his job in Dec. 2020, so Amy filed paperwork to garnish his Social Security instead. I should begin receiving money again this month. Had he paid me what and when the court had ordered from the beginning, I wouldn't be touching his Social Security. Thanks to Amy, I'm not struggling to make ends meet anymore.

I am very disappointed with the service I was provided. I barely got to speak with Amy, even at the first court date. I was told if I try to fight my case i would most likely lose. So I had to settle to an order I didn’t agree to. I now have to take alcohol classes that is super expensive and I’m no ...where near a alcoholic. My ex was the one to file first and lied so much about me in his statement. Because of this I had to give my son back to my ex. I have been the one with my son every day taking care of him, now I only get 3 FaceTime calls and have to pay to see him. I sent in so much proof proving my ex is abusive and verbally abusive but I guess none of that was good enough to the courts. My ex had a better better lawyer and more money. I would have got the same results if I represented myself. I’m extremely disappointed. Also after my court date u reached out trying to get ahold of Amy. I was told through email I would need to pay an additional 1000. Absolutely disappointed
