Could this be Clark Kent without his uniform? Take a peek....

Recently Atty. William Weinberg assisted me by answering some pretty confusing questions, and I'm glad I got advice from an expert who could assess my situation on the spot and explain his rationale in a way a non-lawyer like me could understand. When an attorney goes out on a limb to help someone w...ho is not under any type of contract or retainer agreement, it's a pretty solid bet that he pursued his career in law because he truly wants to help people like me who don't always understand the complexity of laws (as more and more laws get passed almost every day to further complicate matters). And while I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Atty. Weinberg, the truth is that in our electronic age, meetings are not mandatory, and I was delighted Atty. Weinberg was more than willing and able to provide the informative answers I desperately needed expeditiously and accurately without me having to fight traffic. Trust me, he delivered like a pro, and his generosity and kindness will save a judge and a few other public servants a tremendous amount of time and energy (saving state and local taxpayer dollars; get the hint about what could have been wasted public resources starting in a courtroom, but wasn't, since Atty. Weinberg came to the rescue?). Atty. Weinberg has the savvy, groomed expertise and flexibility to be able to assist you faster than Clark Kent could get into his Superman costume, and even his email wording was succinct, articulate and to the point (or as they say in the legal profession, "on point"). If you've got a legal challenge and need an attorney who strives for split-second responsiveness or ASAP reporting (not when he gets around to it or when it's convenient for him, but as soon as he literally can), contact Atty. Weinberg. I can assure you if your experiences are anything like mine, Atty. Weinberg will meet or exceed your expectations, nothing less, and you'll be left feeling like you've been rescued (Yeah!). For an attorney to rise to that level of proficiency with impeccable legal acumen and clockwork dependability where he has an inherent "Time is of the essence" respect for his clients requires more than skills and time management; it requires compassion and phenomenal moral characteristics like honesty, integrity and respect for his clients. If you wish to be advised by a master of professionalism and an individual who refuses to lets the scales of justice tip unfairly when he's involved, contact Atty. Weinberg and check him out. You'll be glad you did. And thank you, Atty. Weinberg for your kindness, generosity and your precision in making my litigation anxieties shrink to size.

I would highly recommend William Weinberg

If you want a lawyer who is responsive to your e-mails and telephone messages, if you want someone who knows the court system in Orange County, if you want someone who will fight your case, then Bill Weinberg is the man you should retain. Bill had my case dismissed and the records for the case seal...ed (the records will eventually be destroyed). Bill has a great office staff who are just as responsive and professional as him.

Petition for Factual Innocence Granted, Thanks to Mr. Weinberg!

I was staying in Orange County for business for a couple of months, within which I managed to get no tan, a $300 dollar jay-walking ticket, and an arrest with felony drug charges! The charges stemmed from my having legally prescribed medications in an unmarked container on my key ring, along with a ...bad attitude (which I should have kept under control) with the arresting officers. At my arraignment, I produced records of the prescriptions, and immediately the DA dropped the charges. I was thrilled. Fast forward a year, and my new landlord asks me about this felony drug arrest in California. Even though the charges were dropped, the arrest was still on my record and looked horrid. Due to quantity, they were felony drug dealing charges. I contacted Mr. Weinberg in order to determine whether or not there was anything I could do in order to get these charges erased from my permanent record. Mr. Weinberg promptly returned my call, and gave me the run-down of what we would need to do. He did not promise me anything other than that he would file the necessary paperwork and try his best to get a Petition of Factual Innocence granted in order to seal the arrest from being something I would have to deal with every time a background check was made on me in the future. I was many states away and very busy, so I was grateful to have someone else working on this on my behalf. The fee was not cheap, but compared to having this on my record, and not having to deal with this issue myself, his fee was a bargain. I mostly dealt with Cathy Ciuffetelli, his assistant, who kept me up to date and answered all questions I had that came up. Then one day, a few weeks ago, I got a voice mail from Cathy asking me to give her a call back. I call back, and she informs me that Mr. Weinberg was able to get the petition passed! Needless to say, I am more than pleased with Mr. Weinberg's practice (thanks for all your help too Cathy!). I found them both to be very professional and personable, empathizing with my situation and supplying me with all the information I needed. In the end, the product of the work speaks for itself, as Mr. Weinberg was able to accomplish what I needed him to. I also needed someone who would take the ball and run with it, so to speak, as I am a busy individual myself. I did not need to constantly pester them for updates but was able to get immediate responses whenever I had a question. Thanks very much Mr. Weinberg and Cathy!

Client Review

It is not often that I come online to make reviews, but Mr. Weinberg had such an impact on the lives of my family and I that I had to share my experience. My father was facing criminal charges and a divorce at the same time and Mr. Weinberg was instrumental in navigating us through the process. He ha...d an excellent friend who served as our family attorney while Mr. Weinberg guided us on the criminal aspect. His knowledge, expertise and sensitivity towards a case was unmatched. I can speak to this because it was only after being jerked around by other bad attorneys who dont read your documents and who are just after money that I saw the difference. Mr. Weinberg read through everything and we were always so prepared. He'll give you the best advice and has excellent resources and connections available at his disposal. I learned the hard way that not all attorneys will put the time and effort into your case. Dont mess with your future because having gone through this system, the only thing that can help is a good attorney at your side. Once my case was over, Mr. Weinberg answered questions I had on any topic and responded to emails instantly. So nice to know that there are good people out there :)
