The best attorney you in the world!

Bill has been my criminal attorney for a year and a half now.  I was arrested, bailed out and called Bill's office more than a year ago.  Cathy answered the phone and I was distraught.  I did something out of desperation which added to an already mile long list of white collard felonies.  Cathy was a... bundle of information and put me at ease upon my release.  I retained Bill to watch my case and nothing was filed for 6 months.  Just when I thought I was safe, Bill called me to advise me the D.A. filed.  He really did watch the progress of my investigation.  Every other month I went to court for over a year and watched Bill maneuver my case through the system to get the right D.A., to put me in the right spot light, to request time for this document or that document....I went to counseling, I got doctor notes, I got supportive letters from my employer, my family members...anything he asked to do - I did!  He said have faith.  Putting your life in someone else's hands is the hardest thing to do.  But, I did.  And I could not be more thankful, grateful and happy.  Bill and Cathy are amazing.  The best!  When anyone I know or any loved one I know needs any legal help - I will always recommend William Weinberg.  He is the Best!

Professionalism at its Finest

Bill is very knowledgeable, understanding, trustworthy and seems to actually care about his clients' well being. In trying times, Bill gave me excellent advice and was someone that helped me feel more at ease despite the legal charge I was facing. I had a first offense misdemeanor DUI with a high BAC..., as well as excessive speeding and refusal to cooperate with the police. Needless to say, I was very worried about what would happen to me. There was really no way to get the case dropped or dismissed since there was very concrete evidence against me, however I avoided the mandatory sixty days in jail (due to the fact that I was going 20 MPH above the speed limit while very intoxicated.) I managed to receive thirty days of house arrest instead which isn't commonly given as an option. I am grateful for Bill's help regarding this matter as well as Cathy's assistance. They are both always easily reached by a quick phone call or text and they are always ready to answer any question I may have no matter how small. I would suggest that anyone who needs a criminal defense attorney's assistance to not hesitate and contact Bill immediately, you will not regret doing so.

Responds to calls and knowledgeable

I contacted Mr. Weinberg on Friday morning regarding a case post sentencing and reduction of felony charge. I was assured by his assistant that he would call when he returned to the office in the afternoon. I was sure he wouldn't. At 5pm my phone rang and to my surprise he was calling me as promised.... He proceeded to answer all my questions and spent over 30 minutes discussing the case with me. I never felt rushed. He even spent time pulling up the status of the case without me even asking. I have contacted several attorneys in the area. Most of which failed to return my call and others who spent no more than 5 minutes speaking to me about what options were available. I haven't retained Mr. Weinberg yet and most definitely will when I decide to move forward with my case. But in the meantime, I felt compelled to leave a review because I know first hand how overwhelming it is to search for an attorney that you can trust when it comes to criminal defense. An attorney that will still treat you with respect and has tremendous knowledge about the field. He could have charged me for the consult and I wouldn't have disagreed bc he went above and beyond during the consult to discuss all possible options. Even on a Friday evening! Thank you for your professionalism Mr. Weinberg.

FANTASTIC RESULTS! YOU CAN TRUST THIS ATTORNEY.

I had an extremely difficult situation resulting from an unfair accusation and unfair treatment by the police. I had never been in that situation before. I was in shock and did not know if anyone could really help me. I contacted one attorney and had a long consultation, but did not feel quite rig...ht about that person representing me. I did not have confidence that he really cared about my situation. When I came to see Mr. Weinberg, I had a very different experience. He did not judge me at all, listened politely, took notes, and did not charge me more than a reasonable amount, something which I could afford. He is also a good communicator and returned my calls. Within a few days, he called me to tell me the good news, that the district attorney would not file my case based on talking to Mr. Weinberg. Therefore, this was the best possible result. I did not even have to go to court. I am so glad I found Mr. Weinberg. I went back to his office to say thank you personally and he was in a meeting but came out for a minute to speak to me and say "you're very welcome." I hope to NEVER be in any situation like this again. Nevertheless, I would not hesitate to call him again if I ever needed him.

You Have to Hire This Attorney

In 2013 I got myself in trouble, facing 5 felonies. My saving grace was that I had never even had a speeding ticket before, but unfortunately I hired the WRONG attorney (Not William Weinberg). I paid around $10,000 for the unnamed attorney to show up and stand next to me. That's it! I am not exaggera...ting-I have since found out that he had gone into real estate and practiced law on the side (I should have done a better job selecting an attorney at the time-but if you have gone through something like this before, especially for the 1st time, you know how panicked one can be and not think clearly). I ended up taking a plea deal and served 60 days on house arrest and was convicted of only 3 felonies, with 3 year probation. The world seemed to have ended. A few months ago, based on the recommendation of my PO, I looked into hiring an attorney to represent me for my request to terminate probation, reduce my felonies to misdemeanors and expunge my record. I researched and interviewed 4 or 5 attorneys and Mr. Weinberg got the nod. He was very professional and timely in all his communication, very forthright about expectations and economically priced. During our first phone call, he didn't have enough information to answer my questions in detail. He literally asked to give him a few hours so that he could research my case, did so and called me back to give me his thoughts. He didn't even know if I would hire him nor charged me a penny when he spent a at least an hour or two to research my case just so he can speak to me with knowledge of the case. Because of that, I hired him and it was the best decision. "Victory on all fronts!" is what he texted me when we got everything we wanted. Sure it sounds like I am biased because my case successful, but that's not why I am recommending him. I am recommending him because of all the aforementioned facts. Also something that is not tangible, he seemed to actually care, unlike the first attorney I had hired. Consider hiring Mr. Weinberg, seriously, it may be the best decision you make! Good luck!
