Our daughter was quoted a total of $5000, for a divorce from an abusive husband. She had printed documentation of abuse. She printed emails and text messages from him about things he had done and was going to do to her. She had pictures of things he had done to her. She gave him a binder full of ...all the evidence with the important things highlighted. She also told him when she left she only took her items she had prior to being married and gave him proof of that. She left him all the furniture, electronics and household goods. She also left the bank account with over $7500 in it. She only took her things and her car. She was told that was an easy case and the $5000 would cover but they would get her divorced and alimony. She told him she just wanted to be divorced. We have since paid well over $10,000 it's been 3 years and still not divorced. Every time court came up he applied for a continuance. Why???? to get more money from a young scared girl. Only 19 years old. He is now trying to milk her for another $2,500 to quit her case. He is a thief and a liar. We are now trying to figure out how to go about getting this "simple" divorce completed.

Anyone out there that needs representation for a Matrimonial issue, Denise Motroni is your Advocate, let me tell you, I would, never want to be on the other side of her, she is very Direct, Matter of Fact, Knowledgeable and a totally surprise! I cant say enough about how much I totally recommend her. I have previously hired hired 2 prior attorneys to represent me in the past. I was divorced a number of years from an ex. She has free legal representation and has so for over 10 years due to a personal relationship to her attorney. Needless to say that this has been a very expensive drawn out pro...cess on my part. My three cases are near the end. So far, Richard won all for my family. My cases were complicated and each case complicated the other. Its been near 4 years. Here is the outcome. I have 80% custody of my children. I do not pay spousal support. False allegations of ex wife are dismissed by the court. ...I was blessed to have found Richard. It was expensive and worth every penny. My children benefit and will benefit for their lives to come. My daughter is still very young (pre-k) and my son is blooming in school and his extra activities no doubt because of the stability I can provide thanks to Richard's defense.
