Just like a lot of people, I never imagined I’d get arrested, find myself in jail, or being charged with a DUI. I had a horrible lapse of judgment as I drove 3 blocks with a BAC of .26%. On top of this awful mistake, I did not make things easy for myself or for Mr. Price as I refused to submit to a c...hemical breath and blood DUI test. At the police station, the arresting officer procured a warrant to draw my blood. Subsequently, I was additionally charged with refusal to submit to alcohol testing with the DMV. This carries an automatic 1-year hard suspension of my driver license.
