My son had one drink 2 weeks before his 21st birthday and was caught at a sobriety check point. He was not legally drunk, but in CA you can't have anything and drive before your 21. It was a scary time for us because there was a possibility of my son going to jail for a week or so, losing his license... for a year, and losing his job because of all this.
