Don't even consider another lawyer.

Mr. Casey and his team impressed me from the minute I walked into his office. They took over management of every aspect of my case, and Mr. Casey was more effective as my advocate than I ever imagined was possible. He is well known and respected by the Court, and is the person you want representing y...ou. I honestly believe the outcome of my case would have been much different without his intervention. Because of his efforts my charges were reduced from felony to misdemeanor, and my future remains intact.

Excellent attorney

I am completely satisfied with the representation I received from Cole Casey and his staff. From the initial consultation throughout the entire process I was well informed and confident I had chosen an admirable attorney. Eventually, when I chose to go to trail, I am confident that Cole's courtroom e...xperience influenced the D.A.'s office. Rather than go "toe to toe" with Cole, an offer was made that otherwise would not have been available. Specifically, no DUI and no alcohol related offense. I highly recommend G. Cole Casey, Esq.

COLE AND ALISHA WON AN "UNWINNABLE" DMV HEARING

3 October 2012: Cole's associate, Alisha Wood, Esq., prevailed in my Administrative Per Se ("APS") DMV hearing, preventing me from having my license suspended while I fight a charge of DUI. I am aware that the DMV administrative hearing process is a very difficult forum for the driver ('respondent").... I had therefore assumed that the DMV hearing was "unwinnable". I could not be happier with the representation I have received to date from Mr. Casey and his firm.

At the end of the day, "family" is the most important aspect of life. Cole was the BEST attorney to defend my son!

The phone rang and time stood still. My son, who is so talented and capable of being a major contributor to society, had lost his battle to remain sober and was arrested for a 4th DUI. The stakes were more than a lost job, likely jail time and a felony record; his life was at risk! Cole quickly... assessed all the facts and realized a rehab experience was required immediately. The case was highly complex as to medical diagnosis of illness and treatment medications prior to the DUI. Perhaps another great DUI attorney could have done as well in handling the case, but NONE I know could better focus on the key facts of defense and then leverage his/her personal standing with the Court and the DA's Office. Cole's efforts produced the best possible results that i had hoped for my son and the best chance for society that a repeat DUI offense will not occur.

A life saver!

Cole was there for me during one of the most demeaning and traumatic times in my life. He handled the situation professionally and helped me work through it. I can't thank Cole and his team enough for all the support they have given me and still continue to give. With Cole and team, they treat you... with respect and they take each case personally. The great thing about their team is that they are dedicated to helping you through the ENTIRE experience and not simply out to exploit your situation for their benefit as many lawyers who pray on people facing DUI charges often do.. In my case, the time finally came for the charges to be expunged and Cole was there for me again. As fate would have it, instead of expunging the charges from my record, a clerical error caused by a typo (literally the difference of a single period) resulted in a felony firearm related charge being put on my DMV record! Of course I was beside myself and anxious to get the error corrected. Cole's team (Mary & Chris) consoled me and went to the court to negotiate with the commissioner 4 times over several weeks to correct the situation! Every time, they said it was fixed but when I contacted the DMV, they said it was still there. I called their office often bugging them about the situation but they were always courtious. Finally they were actually able to get one of the senior counsel representatives from the DMV to call and apologize for the situation. Just yesterday the DMV confirmed that it has been completely removed from the record. YAY!! :D If you are in a situation where you need legal counsel in a DUI case, don't hesitate to retain Cole and team! You will not regret it.
