Very Professional & Prompt duting DUI

Peter was very upfront and helpful with all aspects of my case. I was under a suspected DUI. Peter helped get me my license quicker. He also talked me through every scenario. He then guided me to keeping court costs down and minimizing the damage to my career. He was there for me every time i called.... I hope this never happens again but I would definitely recommend him.

Peter was an angel, reincarnated as an attorney

I walked into Peter's office 6 hours after I posted bail from jail for a HORRENDOUS DUI and after googling, "best DUI Lawyers in San Diego." I blew a .31, hit quite a few parked cars, and did not have insurance. I was being charged with DUI and Hit and Run. I was not well off financially, but Mr.... Blair worked out a reasonable contract for me. Peter was able to lower the charges to a standard DUI. The Hit and Run charges were dropped. I have 9 months of DUI classes because of the BAC, but I don't have any community service and $0 restitution to pay, despite having damaged multiple cars while driving without insurance. He was also a voice of reason for me through the whole experience. This is the first time I've ever been in trouble with the law and Mr. Blair talked me through it and kept telling me not to worry. If I had any questions, he had the answers. Also, during the first meeting in his office, he told me to help myself any way possible. I proceeded to go to an Intensive Outpatient Program and kept him updated through my progress. I completed the program before my hearing and Peter used it to our full advantage. Although he is a Seahawk fan and I am a 49er fan, I trusted him and he truly got it done. Hiring Peter was the best decision I've ever made.

Best, honest and straight forward lawyer .

I don't have words to express the deep level of respect and admiration I have for Atty. Blair. .From the bottom of my heart, I really thank you for your service. .Atty. Blair is very professional, kind, respectful, compassionate and excellent of giving detailed information about your case..I reall...y admired his honesty and very knowledgeable. ..I can't thank him enough for getting me out of my trouble..and on top of that, he is very understanding of your financial situation. He is very understanding all the way with my situation and I didn't even show up in the court. .I highly highly recommend Atty Peter Blair. .

Excellent lawyer in a violent felony case, will stop at nothing to get you the best result!

On June 27th I was arrested and the charges were severe. I was facing three felony charges for one arrest. My bail was $400,000, so I was stuck in jail for a long time. My public attorney went against what I wanted and disregarded his duties all together. When Peter was hired he was able to get one c...harge dropped immediately. The other charge got dropped in a plea bargain with the DA, a man he knew and trusted. By the time of my sentence I was only facing one charge and probation to rid of the last one. I highly recommend Mr. Blair, he is honest, thorough and dedicated towards justice for both his client and the community.

A Compassionate and Dedicated Advocate

Words cannot express our gratitude. Peter's compassion came shining through the first time we spoke. My son is mentally ill and was facing some very serious felony charges as a result of being off his medication. The public defender was not visiting him even after he was attacked by his cell mate.... We needed a lawyer. After interviewing several lawyers I thought I would never find one right for my son who was extremely ill and paranoid at the time. All they wanted to talk about was their achievements and cut throat methods to win. All Peter wanted to talk about was my son. It was well over an hour into our conversation before he said anything about himself. We hired him and in less than an hour Peter was at the jail getting to know our son. Our son trusted Peter right away, which just does not happen. Our son had never been in trouble before. Peter helps all of us understand everything and he goes out of his way to be of comfort. Due to our son's incompetence originally, this has been a long six month process, which is nearing an end. The whole time Peter has always been available and quick to answer calls and texts. Peter has not just put his energy into the legal matters, but even more so into our son's well being. He has always understood our son's special needs and has a compassionate natural instinct that has enabled him to communicate effectively with him. Peter is a hard working, confident, dedicated man with a passion for his profession. During one of the hearings, I watched Peter stand firm repeatedly to have more time to help my son understand what was going on. He did so to the point of almost getting into trouble himself. It made me cry to see someone advocate for my son with such passion. We are almost to the end of this process, with sentencing remaining. Our son is doing well on his medication and the charges have been greatly reduced. Thanks to Peter this tragic incident has the potential to be a life saving experience for our son to learn from, instead of a life destroying one. We consider Peter to be one of our greatest blessings..
