THE BEST THERE IS

Peter Blair is the best defensive attorney. I was a facing 6 years for a felony dui that occurred in April 2016. I called a few lawyers to consult and they wanted to meet up. When I called Peter, he immediately told me what he would do and start right away. I was sold from the very first phone call w...ith him. He informed me through out the case what was going on and always had a calm demeanor. i felt calm and didn't worry as much as I would have if it wasn't for him. His professionalism and reputation as a defense attorney was 100 percent true from what I have heard about him. Nine months later, Peter was able to drop the felony dui to a small misdemeanor, PC148, obstruction of justice. I did no time and got summary probation with a fine of $630. I can honestly say that Peter saved me and I am forever grateful to have hired him as my defensive lawyer. I would recommend him to anyone who needs the best lawyer for their defense. He was so awesome that I don't plan on seeing him again because I have learned my lesson from what I did and he gave me a second chance. Thank you Peter Blair!!

Federal Criminal Defense

I found myself involved in a sophisticated gambling indictment involving 22 people. Having this been my first incident with the law, I was very nervous and scared about what might happen. Thankfully, for Avvo I found Peter Blair. Peter is a Criminal Defense attorney in San Diego and specializes in f...ederal cases. He knew the federal system inside and out, knew all the prosecutors on my case, and did an excellent job explaining everything to me. Over the course of the case, he and his colleague were in frequent contact with me, always returned my calls promptly, and assured me that everything would be all right. They kept my stress level down and told me not to worry about the case and let them worry about it. Hearing that made life better for me. Peter was able to negotiate me a very good deal and the one I was looking for. I didn't have to do any custody and paid a very minimal fine, especially compared to the rest of the defendants, who had similar charges. Since I was possibly facing a 24-month prison sentence, I am extremely happy with the results. In the future, I will definitely refer anyone dealing with a criminal issue, particularly federal, to Peter and those he works with. Because of his negotiating skills and federal criminal experience, I have been able to start a new life. For that I am forever grateful. Thank you very much!

Peter "Mr. Incredible" Blair

In March of 2015 I was charged with domestic violence as well as child endangerment due to making the mistake of squeezing, rudely because I was irritated, between my sons mother and the couch, while she sat on a chaise feeding my, then, 6 month old son. All hell broke loose and I ultimately found my...self in the back of a police car on my way to jail. My sister bailed me out and the next morning she searched for the best lawyer she could find on Avvo. When she found him, she called me and said "I got you a good lawyer, call him!" and she gave me Peter Blair's number. I was impressed that from the moment I called him, he was ON IT! There was a major sense of urgency, the charges were not only a big deal, they were possibly a strike, which I could not afford at 42 years old, especially because I already had 2 strikes from a serious felony I plead out to as a juvenile tried as an adult at 17. Peter was sharing this urgency with me and immediately began working my case. He said "I can't promise 100% that I can make this go away, but I can tell you that, based on the facts, there is a better than likely chance that I can stop it from going to arraignment. Over the next few days, every time I called, Peter was there to talk to me. Every email I sent him, Peter responded right away. In the end, incredibly, he informed me that the D.A. DID NOT pick it up! This would NOT have happened without Peter Blair. Unfortunately I remained in a tumultuous relationship with my sons mother and again in October 2015 was again charged with Assault and Battery! I thought, since the charges were hearsay, I would be released on my own recognizance. To my surprise, I was NOT! I was in trouble, serious TROUBLE! The first thing you think of in that situation is "I need a miracle", and I did... so I called Peter Blair. I knew I wasn't gonna get a pass this time and Peter Blair didn't lead me to believe I was either. He told me, every step of the way what to expect and these things came to pass as he told me. Peter Blair is one smooth lawyer. During the court process he remained cool as a cucumber. It was immediately obvious to me that he was highly respected amongst his peers, the D.A. as well as the judge and it wasn't due to the fact that he's a handsome, confident, young man (though he most definitely is), it's because he is competent, knowledgeable and personable, well rounded and present! Peter Blair is living his calling. He's the best of the best and once you experience his counsel, you will surely agree. Tha I'm nk you so much, Peter Blair, you are an incredible asset to your profession as well as your clients.

Great lawyer that cares!

Peter Blair is a great guy and really cares about the outcome of your case. I was facing two charges of felony assault and assault with a deadly weapon. Peter was able to negotiate those charges down to a misdemeanor and no jail time. It was the best result short of a full dismissal I could have ho...ped for. If you need help with your legal problems, I would recommend giving Peter a call. He is a great lawyer and all around down to earth guy. Easy to talk to and is always there to answer any questions you may have in a timely manner.

Smart, Strategic, Powerful Representation, Amazing Results

Peter Blair and his wonderful team helped me in my time of need to settle multiple criminal charges. When I was charged, needless to say, I was confused and afraid I knew I needed a competent, reliable attorney to represent me and my interests. Peter was the only choice; the best choice! Peter wa...lked into the courtroom on every occasion with confidence and an understanding of my personal situation and how best to interact with DA and Judge. He was respectful and respected! Peter negotiated an amazing deal for me and today I feel blessed to have found him. I signed my deal with the DA knowing Peter had done a remarkable job. Because of Peter, I am now looking forward to being able to spend the holidays home with my family; I will be able to attend my daughters high school graduation and another daughters college graduation.
