Solid, strong, committed and knowledgeable, Attorney Blair should be your criminal attorney selection

It is my pleasure to write this glowing review of Attorney Mr Peter Blair and his small but highly adept team. They have worked very hard this entire year on my recent restraining order case and successfully won me a two-year restraining order that was very difficult to navigate through. Attorney Bla...ir handles all of the cases himself so you are in qualified hands and he and his team are always available should you have questions or concerns. Attorney Blair is working on another case for me, a very difficult and involved criminal case, and I put my full trust, faith and belief in him and his team, that we will prevail and win this next part of my case. A very personal lawyer

My unique case was compounded by the Covid outbreak and Mr. Blair remained steadfast throughout the numerous delays ultimately garnering a result that was much better than expected. Results, value and competence, among many other things are an expected and a given for me when giving a five star revie...w (which mr Blair has in spades), but what is not expected is the fact that I never spoke with anyone other than mr Blair himself. I can’t overstate how appreciative I am of this.

I was arrested and charged with a crime. I hired Peter Blair. My case was dismissed.

Life threw me a curveball, turning my world upside down after I was arrested and charged with a crime in 2018 for standing on a sidewalk one night trying to hail a cab home. While I knew I was innocent, I did not know where to begin in combating a daunting criminal prosecution. Thankfully hiring Pe...ter Blair was the best decision I could have made. Peter was a consummate professional aggressively and effectively fighting my charges for two-years as the DA continued stubbornly dragging my case forward. Ultimately Peter’s unwavering defense led to all charges being dropped as we stood at the literal doorstep of a trial. Today I am free and my case has now been dismissed and that is entirely thanks to Peter Blair.

San Diego’s Finest

It was May of 2019 when my Husband got charged with a DUI w/Great Bodily Injury, we had another attorney but decided to seek another one, I came across Peter Blair here on Avvo, read his reviews and he seemed like a great fit for an ideal defense attorney; I called in to get some info and was booked ...for an appointment the following day; we came out of his office with him as my husband’s new attorney for his case. As a continuous offender my husband was facing 3-5 years in prison. It is July 2020 and my husband is out of custody, he served 10 months (due to COVID-19 courts kept rescheduling sessions; he would have been out sooner) Peter Blair is a blunt & aggressive ; finds discrepancies in cases and fights hard for justice , but what makes his different from the previous attorneys we’ve had, was that he was always available, email, text or phone call, as his client’s wife I was always in contact; getting my answers to questions, concerns or issues with case, he was AVAILABLE! We did all that he recommend, we played the game his way and won.
