Above & Beyond

I was being charged with a felony for evading police on a motorcycle. Mr. Blair knew about my mental state at that moment and fought hard to get it dropped to a misdemeanor. He was supportive throughout my time while I received out patient therapy, and still to this day he is the man I text if any le...gal matters come up. Mr. Blair helped save my military career and any career I may want to pursue after. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Peter Blair. He is an exceptional person not just a lawyer.

Outstanding Service

A family member discovered he had a warrant for charges that he never knew about. Needless to say, we were panicked and started to search the web for a lawyer. To our great benefit, we contacted Peter Blair. Mr. Blair proved to be readily available and supportive throughout the case. He also was very... kind and patient. In the court room, Mr. Blair was genius and was able to secure an outcome far better than we could have hoped for. A real lawyer

Peter Blair is a great lawyer I had a impossible expungement and mr Blair was there every step of the way anytime I needed to talk about my case he was there he got all necessary paperwork done and when it came down to the day of court he was always the smarter lawyer in the room the D.A was no match... he always had the better argument I just wish I had him as my first lawyer because seeing the way he prepared for my expungement shows me he is passionate about his clients and will get the top notch results

Excellent all around!

Peter was very professional in dealing with DUI case from the offset. When other lawyers said otherwise, Pete went to bat for me, and he believed in me from day one. Undoubtedly, I'd recommend anyone who has recently been charged with a DUI to hire a cordial, respectful, and empathetic profession...al who truly cares about not only winning your case, but even more, the success of your future. Therefore, from day one, from the moment I consulted Pete, I knew he was the guy to represent me, and trusted that he has my best interest in mind. And, it's why, I'm certain he will do the same for you. (Case Notes* Summer of 2014, I was visiting some friends in California, and after going out one night in downtown San Diego. One thing led to another, and I was pulled over by a police officer, and after fully cooperating and passing every field sobriety test, I was taken into the station because I refused to blow in the breathalyzer (It's your right to do so). Consequently, I blew a .11 at the station, thus, being charged with a DUI. I knew from the moment I got out the next day, that I had a legitimate opportunity to prove that I was not drunk. So, I needed a good lawyer. Hired Pete, and he helped me get a wet-reckless, instead of a full blown DUI. Presently (2016), Pete is helping me get that record expunged since I've completed my probation period without any problems).

Results

I was arrested for domestic violence and posted bail. I googled "best attorneys in San Diego"- Peter Blair's name popped up. I met with him the morning I was released. After a couple of court dates, we found we weren't going to be able to work with the prosecutor who was aggressively trying to push f...or me to serve 60 days in jail. I have two young boys and a wife so it was extremely nerve racking on my entire family. With the help of Peter Blair, I ended up getting probation and no jail time. Instead of not being able to see my wife until I completed 20 sessions of domestic violence classes, I only have to complete 12, and I can communicate and see my wife for the exchange of our children anytime I want. Till this day, Peter is helping me get back to my family quicker with his representation of me in court since I live out of state. The judge commended Peter Blair for his representation in my case. When the judge says, "You should thank your attorney for doing such a great job for you," - You know you hired a good one. If you're on this site looking at the reviews and wondering if you should have Peter Blair represent you- I'd tell you to look no further. I'm sure glad I didn't.
