I consulted with different individuals regarding the immigration process for my wife. After multiple individuals stating different things we found Ted and made an appointment with him. After meeting him we decided to have him help us with the paperwork that would be submitted to USCIS. His knowledge ...of the law is very good and the advice he gave us worked to get an expedited response from USCIS and within about 6 months. The only drawback I had and reason I can not give TED a 5 out of 5 was that I did not find him to be readily available to meet in person. He sent us a very long form to fill out electronically, which was similar to the questions that was asked in the adjustment for status forms. When I told him that we were given an appointment for the interview, he again sent us electronically a list of what to take. It was helpful, yet I had hoped he would have reviewed our file to ensure it was done correctly. If you are looking for a knowledgeable lawyer and are fine with doing almost everything electronically Ted is an excellent choice. If you are looking for someone you can talk to in person at any time, TED might not be the right professional to help you with your needs.
