I am glad to write something about Ted Huang, the best attorney ever. No matter what I say or how much I write, words would never truly describe the gratitude my family, and I feel towards Mr. Huang. My brother's I-601 (waiver on the ground(s) of ineligibility) case was very complex. It was a marriag...e fraud case. I contacted few attorney's and most of them were negative about the outcome of the case. Then I did some research online and did an appointment with Mr. Huang. Mr. Huang was very honest with me in the initial consultation. He explained me the pros and cons of the case and the possible outcome scenarios. He also explained me very well how he would proceed in case I prefer to select him to represent my brother’s case. He did everything from his part to win the case. I also noticed he personally handled all of my questions and the case matter. He did not use any assistant to handle the case. He personally responded all of my questions and concerns. He never showed disappointments about any of my concerns. There was an urgent need to provide few documents to him, he meet with me after hours and collected all documents and checked the correctness of those documents in front for me. This tells me how serious and personally involved he was in the case. My father was very sick during the case period. He used to find out about his health. After the case was approved, there was an issue with Embassy visa processing. He volunteered to help me on that issue which was not in the initial contract. My assessment on Mr. Huang is that he doesn’t work for money, he works for his client. His goal is to satisfy the client. Because of his hard work, our family reunion was possible, I would like to thank Mr. Huang on behalf of my whole family! We will never forget for his contribution for our family’s long lasting happiness. Thank you again, Mr. Huang!!

He's very responsive by email no matter what time of the day. When it was time for the interview he gave us thorough documentation on what can be expected on the day and even sent us an email about if we had any last minute questions the day before the interview!
