I am a US citizen and I am marrying a Hatian national. I found Ted through yelp and chose him because he was very personable, knowledgeable, and responsive. The process by nature felt stressful and anxious at times but Ted was there at every step of the way to answer questions, and ease any concern...s. He has a fantastic template to follow. It was cookie-cutter. If you fill out his template and provide him with the necessary documents I am confident that you will have a successful application process. And as far as price: I searched several lawyers prior to ted even paying consultation to one. Ted was by far the most reasonable and money well spent. I am a U.S. citizen who married a Chinese national, and I took some time to search for attorneys after finding out that agencies who offer similar services will NOT actually legally represent you through your case but just help you out with the paperwork. I had settled on a local attorney after makin...g calls to several, yet was not too happy after finding reviews on the local attorney that stated that his clients had a really tough time communicating with him directly, and that his secretaries did little more than send per-written instructions on how to fill out paperwork when they did respond. The officer asked her very few questions before approving her, and I know that was in part due to the volumes that our well-prepared application told about us. My wife and I hired Ted Huang in 2016 to apply for a K-1 Visa and Green card. Along every step of the way, he was responsive, thorough on all forms/evidence provided, and timely with each form submission. One of the greatest challenges I had felt for myself and my wife was during her consulate interv...iew in China. By providing us with a sample questionnaire and list of acceptable evidence to provide during the interview ensured the interview went without a hitch.
