I kindly wrote him brief email message regarding situation on hand to obtain old Naturalization Certificate. He refuse to return email message nor refuse to call client in making determination to accept future client representation. He won't acknowledge future clients message to his inbox. I did not ...even get reply message from his secretary, if he has one. So he refuse to represent me becoz I am Asian. So let future clients know, he pick & choose who he wants to represent for his client.
