He appeared via phone, because I’m all the way in Santa Clara County, but wow, his courtroom presence can be felt from hundreds of miles away. The judge asked him to describe his experience. After that, the courtroom was his. The social worker was fidgeting and her voice was cracking, the other attor...neys were frozen, and the judge wasn’t even sitting up straight. This is the first time in years that I was given a leg up in my dependency case. Attorney Davis isn’t much for conversation outside of the courtroom, he prefers texting. Nevertheless, he will show up and show out! Every other attorney told me my dependency case was as good as dead and to give up. Attorney Davis came through and told me that I still have a fighting chance, and is continuing to help with my case! God Bless you sir! I hope once my case is over, that I can help fight for the well-being of children just like him.

I am so pleased I hired Vincent Davis to be my lawyer in my CPS case. First, I didn’t have the money to hire him. I met with him and said my case was so bad he could NOT help me. So he and his team worked with me. I mention team because he put several people on my case to work it up. Second, I... was nervous and called, text and emailed him. He responded to all my communications and worked with me, was patient with me and kept me from losing my mind. Third, he and his firm went to court and won my case; and got all charges thrown out by the judge! I am told this rarely happens, but it happened with Davis and my lawyers. Fourth, now I’m hiring Davis and his firm to sue CPS. I’m not going to let the social workers get away with lying and stealing my children. I highly recommend Vince Davis and his law firm for a CPS battle.

Vincent Davis is an excellent attorney. A case that was sure to take longer to reach the outcome desperately needed, took him and his staff less than 2 months. The battle involving dishonest CPS employees who quite frankly perjured themselves in multiple ways, amongst other unlawful tactics, was swif...t and effective. If a child has been taken by CPS and the investigator and case managers are being deceitful or going outside the normal process to seemingly set you up for failure this Law office is your best choice. If you don't know your rights then you don't have them. However, if you use this firm to represent you your rights will be protected.

Not only did he get my kids back in 1/2 the time expected he was professional and listened to all my cares and concerns when each issue that I needed to fight came up with DCFS. I can say, if it was not for him a...nd his firm I would of never of fought DCFS as quickly as I wanted to. I highly recommend him for any mom who is serious about getting justice when they have lost their kids.

I would advise anyone to not hire Vincent Walter Davis or any lawyers working at his firm. If you do your research you will find that he went ahead and hired attorney Jennifer Ani as an associate at his firm after she was given public reproval with duties by the State Bar of California. Many of the c...ases end up with associates at his firm, either way, I do not recommend you hire this lawyer. When I consulted with his firm I realised that the advice he gave was more about his fees and not based on anything else.
