From the minute that I walked through the door Bob was already helping me with a difficult situation. I had a case wi...th DCFS. The social workers threatened to remove my daughter. Bob went to court for me. Mark Tseselsky also went to court for me. My lawyers worked hard for me to make sure that my daughter was never removed from me and that I was treated fairly by the social workers and the judge. I would highly recommend this law firm. I retained representation from this firm to handle a custody dispute. I was represented by Elizabeth Brinceno-Velasco whom not only provided me with excellent representation, but took the time to make sure that I fully understood my situation. She made this experiance as comfortable as possible by ...taking the time to make sure that she answered and considered all of my questions and concerns and provided me with a realistic view of my case. I think they're awful. They gave me the runaround and did not fight for me and for the truth. I would not plead guilty to a crime I did not commit. They finally revealed that they didn't have the time to fight for. me I fired them and found a great lawyer who got my case dismissed without a trial... and less than 1/4 the cost. I would stay far, far, far away. Additionally, they were handling a PI case. They told me to settle for a low amount. When I refused they dropped me. THANK GOD! After that, I found out they did NO DISCOVERY AT ALL. How hard is it to send form interrogatories??? All you have to do is check boxes, fill in a few things and send it in the mail. Like I said, stay far, far, far away!
