I was represented by Elizabeth Brinceno-Velasco whom not only provided me with excellent representation, but took the time to make sure that I fully understood my situation. She made this experiance as comfortable as possible by ...taking the time to make sure that she answered and considered all of my questions and concerns and provided me with a realistic view of my case. She always responded to all of my emails quickly, and made sure all of my questions were answered. Over all I am very happy with the representation I received from this firm and would highly recomend them to any one looking for excellent representation.

I think they're awful. They gave me the runaround and did not fight for me and for the truth. I would not plead guilty to a crime I did not commit. They finally revealed that they didn't have the time to fight for. me I fired them and found a great lawyer who got my case dismissed without a trial... and less than 1/4 the cost. I would stay far, far, far away. Additionally, they were handling a PI case. They told me to settle for a low amount. When I refused they dropped me. THANK GOD! After that, I found out they did NO DISCOVERY AT ALL. How hard is it to send form interrogatories??? All you have to do is check boxes, fill in a few things and send it in the mail. Like I said, stay far, far, far away!

Brilliant is the first word that comes to mind to describe the lawyers at Law Offices of Vincent W. Davis & Associates. I came in to the office because I desperately needed help. My ex was making fun of me because he had an attorney and I did not. I did not know what I was doing and I felt intimid...ated by having to face my ex’ lawyer so I signed a stipulation that was very unfair to me. On top of it, my ex immediately started to violate the orders that he just had me sign. He would not return my child to me on time. It looked like I gave away the farm and there was nothing I could do to change my difficult situation. I felt powerless to stop my ex until I hired Vincent Davis. The same night that I hired Vincent he had developed a strategy for getting me back on track. Mark Tseselsky, an associate attorney, in his office met with me and stayed late into the night drafting every possible kind of paper to get me out of my mess. Elizabeth Briceno-Velasco, another attorney in Mr. Davis’ office, went to court for me on an emergency basis and got the judge to order my ex to turn over my daughter to me. Mark Tseselsky then went to several hearings for me until he got me everything I wanted and more in a very fast amount of time. I went from very unfair orders to having proper custody, visitation and child support orders. My ex was also ordered to pay part of my attorneys’ fees. Vincent Davis was very patient, understanding and flexible with me about my difficult financial situation. The people at the office were very helpful and professional. The attorneys were on time to the hearings. All of the attorneys and paralegal that helped me, responded to my questions and concerns right away. They constantly kept me informed of all of the developments on my case via email and answered my phone calls if I did not understand something. I am very grateful that I hired this law firm. You get what you pay for and more. I felt very important as a client. If I had not hired this office I would still be stuck with ridiculously unfair orders and my ex would be laughing at me because I did not have the money to hire an attorney.
