Refuses to provide services paid for
Nick wadja was retained in June of 2022 and immediately paid in full for a bankruptcy. All required documents were submitted with in a week. No further action by this law group has been taken other than refusing to move forward and requesting I start over with all documentation requests and bankruptc...
Bennett, As we already explained to you, you paid the fees, you send in some of the documents (definitely was not everything we asked for) and then you did not reply to our email or calls or contact the firm for an entire 2 years. We are open 5 days per week for 12 hours per day so there is just simply no reason why you would have not communicated with us for 2 years unless you simply chose not to try. That is what I said to take responsibility for in your case. There is no fraud whatsoever as we want to help people. But we cannot help those that are not willing to help themselves. Nick Wajda

I paid in full and submitted all of my documents on the date of hire. 5-22-24. I completed the required credit counseling on 5-23-24. Good morning Nicole. I guess I should start by introducing myself since you are not a direct client of mine. Yes, I am the owner of the firm but you are working with my partner Michael Reid. You do have Mr. Reid's direct phone number and email so you could have reach out to him directly instead of writing this review. Regardless, yes, you finished paying the fees on 5/23 but to be clear, you did not and could not have turned in all the required documents on that day. I do see however that you had turned in the majority of the documents by early June and did the first prep review of your case. I am looking into why you were not scheduled for the second full review in mid-June per the schedule discussed with you but I expect that to be scheduled today. If you do not hear back from anyone today, please do contact Michael directly. As for anyone being rude or hanging up on you - I do sincerely apologize for that as that would never be acceptable or tolerated by any staff member at the firm. If you do see this response, please share with Michael, or myself (nick@wajdalawgroup.com) the details of who treated you like this and when so I can take the appropriate internal actions. SCAMMERS

I am sorry that you felt the need to say this but we are definitely not a scam. And a ponzi is really something claiming to invest money, which we never do so that seems just as off-based as the scam claim. Regardless, we are a legit law firm that helps people get out of debt.

Scam Scam Scam
I have been paying for a bankruptcy service for the past five months and nothing has been done. Collectors are contacting me. No case or any sign that any has been done. Collectors have not received anything from the law firm. If this is truly a Law firm. Feels like a scam. They get paid for nothing...
Because you left this as anonymous I am unable to look up the details of your case. However, generally speaking, as is fully explained and you get an email with the same instructions the day you hire the firm, we are not filing your case at the time you start to pay the fee but once you have paid the fees in full and turned in all required documents. Upon hiring the firm and starting the payments, which it sounds like you have, we spent time on the phone with you actually completing the first draft of your entire bankruptcy petition and schedules. During that same call, we would have pulled your credit report and emailed you specific letters that you were to mail to each creditor, and then send us a picture of those, to make the creditor calls stop. You also received email instructions, and were told, that if creditors still contact ed you after that to report such calls to claims@recoverylawgroup.com. Lastly, you have a full email with the contact phone number and email of every department in the firm, including the direct number of your attorney, so if you ever had questions about the status of your case or of what has been done, the appropriate thing to do would be to contact us instead of jumping online and writing a bad review.
