Let me start by saying that I am a 19 year old Non-US citizen. When I was charged with PC 242 Battery in Hollywood in early 2010 I was absolutely terrified. In Dec09, my employer accused me of embezzling a few thousand dollars & I was arrested, booked &charged w/a felony.
