I had a tough DUI case which included refusing to take the breathalyzer that had serious consequences. The consequences included automatic suspension of license. Upon hiring Michael Kraut, he was confident being able to get the charges reduced. Not only did he get the charges reduced to a wet and rec...kless but, he beat the DMV hearing and I never had my license suspended! which is unheard of. During the DMV hearing Michael Kraut exposed all the mistakes LAPD had done during their police report- we WON.
