I reached out to Michael the lowest and most frustrating points in my life. He was very reassuring and confident the entire time. After about 3 weeks it was determined that no charges were being filed by any agency and I was in the clear of any investigation. Michael will not hold you by the hand. He... has no time for that. His phone calls and emails are short, but they are always to the point and give you the information you need to know with no fluff. Michael is incredible and not your typical run of the mill attorney. For best results hire him if you feel like you might be under investigation or could face charges. At the same time, he has genuine compassion that transcends usual attorney-client relationship. He w...as able to overcome a rather hostile prosecutor's objections and work out a diversion program with the judge that allows my kid a chance without a criminal record. I found Mr. Kraut's name in the middle of a night during a frantic google search for a criminal defense attorney. Michael was exceedingly helpful in making my stressful situation manageable. He was able get felony charges dropped and clear my name while I was busy getting back to my life.
