I was in a very sticky situation. 3rd DUI, where I rear-ended someone on the freeway driving my fathers car and caused two separate cars to wreck due to my initial crash. The Kraut Law Group was fantastic. I initially thought Michael Kraut was going to personally represent me but he has an awesome te...am, who are the attorneys that represented me in court. The law offices are very responsive but if you are looking for an attorney that is super sympathetic then you may be a little dismayed, however... that isn't why I hired The Kraut Law Group. Understandably, I knew I was in deep by getting charged with a 3rd DUI. I spent the next week researching for the right lawyer and after seeing the results of a multitude of pretty intimidating looking cases that he and his associates have taken on, it felt like that obvious choice for me was to give them a call. Michael Kraut and his associates handled my case with the utmost professionalism and I was incredibly happy with my results. I'm in no way promising you that your results will be exactly the same as mine, but if you look at his history - he knows how to get favorable results for his clientele. With a 3rd DUI, you'd normally spend about 60-180 days in jail because it's mandatory, by the grace of God and the Kraut Law Group - I only spent a day in jail. The relief that gave me alone made the decision all worth it. Yes, I still have to do an 18 month DUI program, have a breathalyzer, have a restricted license and owe court fees...but those are privileges that I am able to partake in, considering I could have been dead or still in jail. A 3rd DUI caused me to take a hard look at myself and where my life was heading but I cannot be thankful enough for The Kraut Law Group for making this traumatic life event much easier than it would have been had I not given them a ring.

Earlier this year, my family was dragged into a situation at work that was life-changing. It was a very stressful time and we were lost and did not know how to defend ourselves. Firstly, I want to thank Mr.Kraut and his incredible colleagues/assistants for the hard work and time they put into my case. A couple months ago, I went through a DUI checkpoint after having dinner and a couple drinks with my girlfriend. What we thought was a supposed to be a calm, relaxed evening..., turned into an absolute mess. Naturally, we get stopped at a DUI checkpoint and asked to pull over the car so I could do a sobriety check test. We did all the ridiculous tests, eye following the finger, balance,"what time is it?", etc. I can not press enough that I was confident in my sobriety coming out of our dinner. I know well enough that this does not matter when it comes down to the exact alcohol level tested when doing a breathalyzer, however, with that being said, it was clear that the police officers were being very manipulative and giving no other option. I ended up blowing 0.12... This results in an arrest, along side the many others that they had pulled over that evening, and about 8 hours of jail time. Michael Kraut was reffered to me by a friend who was a previous happy client of his. I reached out the following day and felt comfortable with the information he provided me on how he could help my case. I made several other phone calls to other lawyers as well before deciding that Mr.Kraut was the best fit. Him and his whole team provided me with every detail of my case as it went on and responded to every email/phone call in a timely manner. This was extremely important to me due to the obvious nervousness I felt in regards to how this would effect my future/career. It was critical that my career, due to being in the public eye, was not affected by this in the slightest. Mr.Kraut managed to get my DUI charge dropped down to Reckless Driving with no jail time, barely any fees and only having to follow through with a few classes and a couple AA meetings.
