In February 2019 in Pasadena I was booked on DUI and refusal with accident. I spent the night in holding and once released contacted the office of Kraut Law that following morning. I choose this practice from the data and level expertise in the area of the law. Mr. Hankoff picked up the phone on the... first ring and asked first how I was doing . He did not dive into what I had wrong but how was emotionally plus physically. He told me to rest that day and receive medical help for any of my injuries. We arrange to meet in the office that Sunday to examine my case. Kraut law offered to defend my case, nursing license, DMV hearing, and offered flexible payment plans. Kraut law wrote to the CA state nursing board to explain what charges were depending on my case which is mandatory condition of holding a nursing license to inform the board. I was able to continue working as a nurse in a well know hospital system in Los Angeles. Next they began working on the DMV case which i was granted an extension on my driving privilege's in CA. This part was completed in 2019 for DMV. Kraut law attend all the reviews and hearing for my DUI case. My case even went through Covid-19 Pandemic. I was able to be a healthcare hero to help the community hospital and not worry about the case. Mr. Kraut and Mr. Hankoff worked hand in hand together on my case to receive a fair hearing. They both worked through pandemic, zoom, and vacations with the Pasadena Court. My case finally was settled this February 2021. The DUI and refusal were dropped along with the felony charges. I did receive reckless driving with the accident.
